A fellow writer and blogger had the pleasure of meeting Michael Grant at SCBWI in Miami last month. He was even luckier in that Michael gave this blogger permission to post the first six chapters of the upcoming third book in the Gone series, Lies. WOW! I can't wait for Lies to come out... but I think I'm going to skip reading the first six chapters - they'll make me too impatient to read the whole book!

I've read chapter 1 and 2 now.
I'm trying to control myself, I know if I start getting into it the wait for Lies will be totally unbearable!
