I mean really? More importantly, who could remember what the hell they actually were? I had a few of the stuffed animals. They were these teddy bear looking things that folded in on themselves to make a ball. Kind of like an opossum. That's pretty much all they did but they were awesome, right?
I had the books too. And then, of course, was the TV show. Because every toy had to have it's corresponding time slot, right? Or was it the other way around?

Random fact about me: I collect popples. I have a whole set that I got on ebay plus all of my originals. I have a blue one that I sleep with every night lol.

Popples= totally crazy concept
I had popples too!! i think i still actually have my popples....
Ok, weird...I remember them being pyjama-bag type things, maybe that was some other show/toy combo, or maybe my 80s memory is just unreliable. >_<
Looking at the toy commercial now...I'm kinda wondering what they were thinking, other than "my child just slaughtered a teddy bear wit a carving knife and turned it inside out, I'm going to market it!" ;_;
That's awesome, Sharon!
Now I wish I still had my Popples! LOL!
Stormy, maybe you're thinking of Care Bears? I don't know . . . yeah, it was the 80s. The 70s had HR Puffinstuff. Nuff said.
Ok - why have I never heard of these?
Lenore, go to an eBay near you and search like you've never searched before. You've missed a vital toy of childhood! Right next to Shrinky Dinks!
