Back to the Future is the 80s. How can you talk about the 80s without talking about Back to the Future with Alex P. Keaton, er, Michael J. Fox? I don't know a single person that hasn't seen this movie, or any of its sequels. It made the Delorean, it made Doc cool and, of course, it had skateboarding. What 80s movie would be complete without skateboarding? And time travel. We can't forget the time travel.
There's a rumor that these movies are being remade. Lord help the people that attempt to touch these.

There is absolutely NO reason to remake these movies! They didn't even need to remake The Karate Kid, those movies have aged well enough, they're still enjoyable and watchable! And who the hell do they think they can find to replace Christopher Lloyd as Doc Brown?
I think my age is starting to show when I let out my 80s favouritisms :) but yeah, Back To The Future is a classic ;)
Back to the Future...totally awesome '80s! Christopher Lloyd lives just a few houses away from me so I see him around every once in a while, and I think of Doc every time!
Redoing Back to the Future?? That's like redoing Lord of the Rings or Star Wars!! It's perfect the way it is! Who can play Marty better than Michael J. Fox?
<3 Back to the Future
Back to the Future so does not need a remake - perfect as is.
Back to the Future = my favourite film. Ever. If they ever tried to remake it, I'd cry. The Karate Kid was already ruined.
The Back to the Future films rock. Considering they were made 25+ years ago, they really haven't aged terribly. No sense in remaking them.
Love your 80s awesomeness posts, Donna!
