No, that's not mine. But I did own one many moons ago. Except I think mine was pink. What is it? It's a Skip It. You put your foot in the hole, swing the other end around and jump over it. Basically it's single person jump rope. While it didn't get super huge until the 90s, it's still an 80s toy.
